1. Services
All services are spiritual and intuitive in nature, intended to provide guidance, clarity, and personal insight.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
By engaging in a session, you acknowledge that you are seeking spiritual guidance and are responsible for any decisions you make thereafter.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled through the approved booking system.
Please verify your contact information before completing your booking. Session times are based on the time zone indicated in your confirmation email.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee adjustment.
3. Payment Policy
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved online payment platforms.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. If payment is not completed prior to the session, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at MediumofLove.com’s discretion.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the preparation and time reserved for each client, 25% of all sales are final.
Refunds are based on customer satisfaction with service and given only with MediumofLove.com's agreement to refund.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
If the client(s) must cancel, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
All services are provided in good faith and are intended for guidance only. No guarantees or assurances are made regarding specific results.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a session.
By scheduling, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily seeking spiritual or intuitive services and that you remain responsible for your own choices and interpretations.
MediumofLove.com and its representatives are not responsible for any actions or decisions made before, during, or following a session.
6. Testimonials Policy
Client testimonials are greatly appreciated and may be used to help others understand the nature and quality of the services provided.
By submitting a testimonial—verbally, in writing, or electronically—you grant MediumofLove.com the right to publish, display, and reproduce your testimonial (in part or in full) for marketing, website, and promotional purposes.
